Kent Potterfest, Wizardly World of KentSaturday, July 28, 10am – 8pm
This free event is an opportunity for wizard and magic fans of all ages to come together and enjoy the wonders of downtown Kent! Many downtown businesses and organizations will offer activities (some fee-based), special merchandise, and themed menu items in the spirit of the event. Over 100 merchandise vendors and 14 food trucks/vendors will line the streets, making for a magical day in downtown Kent! Check our Facebook Event page for up-to-date information.

This year marks the first ever “Run That Shall Not Be Named” 5 3/4k FUN RUN! This noncompetitive FUN RUN (or walk) will take you on a magical journey through the Kent State University campus at dusk on Friday, July 27 to kick off the Wizardly World of Kent weekend. The race will begin at 7:30pm at the Lester Lefton Esplanade located across from the PARTA transit center in downtown Kent, OH. Dress up as your favorite magical character and join the fun!
